About these terms

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — if so, you're refunded in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are in euros. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers. If a clear pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Warranty

EU legal guarantee of conformity applies (minimum 2 years). If an item is faulty, contact us for repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

Liability

We're liable as required by law; we don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
