About these terms

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues; if so, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers. If a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Warranty

The EU legal guarantee of conformity applies (minimum 2 years). If an item is faulty, contact us for repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

Liability

We are liable as required by law; we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
