We ship from EU-based warehouses with tracked carriers. Most EU orders arrive in 5–10 business days.
How much is shipping?+
Tracked EU shipping is a flat €4.95 and free on orders over €50.
What's your returns policy?+
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.
Do you offer a guarantee?+
Yes — every order is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years).
Are reviews real?+
