Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, a clear pricing error or stock issues — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.

The EU legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years) applies to the products we sell.

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
