14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind — your EU right of withdrawal.

Email casora.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene items, only unopened pieces can be returned.

We refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered — in that case we cover return shipping and replace or refund.

Received something damaged or wrong? Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it quickly.
