• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers
• Technical data: basic device and usage data via cookies (see below)

Why we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your order (contract)
• To provide customer support and process returns (contract)
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
• To improve the store and, with your consent, send marketing emails

Who we share it with

Only what's necessary, with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, fulfilment partners and carriers who deliver your order, and email/analytics providers. We never sell your data.

We use essential cookies to run the store and optional analytics/marketing cookies subject to your consent banner choices.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by EU/Italian tax law; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
