We ship across the European Union from EU-based warehouses. Prices are in euros.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Delivery time

Standard EU delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and carrier. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run late. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us — we'll locate it or make it right with a replacement or refund.
