Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that window and we'll send simple return instructions.

Return conditions

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible
• Hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned unopened
• Please include your order number with the return

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof of postage where applicable), we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Outbound standard shipping is refunded when you cancel the whole order under the 14-day right.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover it and offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll fix it quickly — replacement or refund, your choice.
