Ordering & delivery

Where do orders ship from?

All Casora orders ship from warehouses inside the European Union (primarily Germany). No surprise customs fees for EU customers — ever.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Germany typically takes 5–8 business days and is free. Other EU countries typically take 5–10 business days (€14.99; Italy €7, free over €55). Full details on our Shipping page.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to support@casorahub.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change or cancel it free of charge.

Payments & discounts

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay and Google Pay). Every payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout — we never see or store your card details.

How do I use the WELCOME10 code?

Enter WELCOME10 in the discount field at checkout for 10% off your first order. One use per customer.

Are prices final?

Yes — all prices include VAT. What you see is what you pay.

Returns & guarantees

How do returns work?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (EU right of withdrawal). Email support@casorahub.com with your order number, send the item back, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. Details on our Returns page.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Every product is also covered by the 2-year EU legal guarantee.
